LIFE IS COMPLICATED.

LOSING A LOVED ONE IS DEVASTATING.

WE ARE HERE
TO HELP.

If you recently inherited a property that

you have no need for,

let us help you move forward

PROBATES AND ESTATES

We specialize in buying properties in Little Rock and Central Arkansas from family members and estates that have been inherited. This can be an overwhelming and confusing process.  You might be wondering where to start and what to do next.

Let us help you figure out your next steps. We've helped many families in your same situation by walking them through the process and buying their unwanted property, easily and quickly.

BOOK AN INTRO CALL

This is a quick phone call we like to schedule (to minimize phone tag) where we talk about your situation and where you are in the process. We want to get to know each other and help you figure out what your next step might be.

OUR PROCESS

GATHER INFO

We learn if we are a good fit to work together. What is your situation and goals? Based on this information, we should be able to determine if we are the right fit. If not, we will offer some solutions even if it means referring you to someone else.

ASSESS PROPERTY

Details of the property are discussed such as condition, repairs, price, and timeline to sell. We may need to set up an appointment to view the property or you can send us pictures.

OFFER

Based on the property information we’ve gathered, we will look at sales data in the area, estimate repair costs and provide you with a fair offer.

CLOSING

If our offer works for you and your family, we will review and sign the purchase agreement and determine a closing timeline created around your needs.

The paperwork gets sent to the title company and they handle the closing. Once closing is done the title company will issue your check for the property.
